What’s with the foodhall? It’s completely empty. No activity? No sign of any vendors anytime soon?

Does anyone know if the house on the corner is being moved south next to the remaining homes south? From the drawings it looks like that might be the case?

I assume it’s because another building will go up on the east side once Lamb has purchased all the remaining homes. On the west side is that yellow brick building. But you’re right, at least on that side, they might have splurged and bricked it.

Hope he fixed it because otherwise, I think the building is a gem. I think it's a pretty easy fix anyway. Just return the desk to the way it was in the original renderings. And lose some of the brick on the back wall.

You’re right. The renders didn’t have brick on the front desk. It’s a little thing but it makes it too much. Also I think the brick on the back wall to the left of the elevators makes is too much, especially with the ugly door as the first thing you see. Also not keen on where they positioned...

I’d say, so far, it’s one of the few things about the building I don’t love.

I saw yesterday. Looks great. Spots for 3 or 4 trees.

Has this been rebranded as the Woodsworth?
