Finally received my refund cheque..hard to believe that the long wait has finally ended..Thank you all for your time and inputs...

I simply replied "I decide not to go ahead with this new increased pricing". Please let me know next steps to get my deposit back..

I received an email on 17th Apr with the amended APS documents and request to make a decision by May 17. It went up by 261k from $465k to $726k., 2017 purchaser.

Back in 2017 I bought it as my primary residence..I soon realized that they are not going to complete it on time..so it became my investment property as I moved to Cambrridge and bought few properties here...

I haven't received my amended APS, 2017 buyer here...I don't think they would be able to send all the APS out today..lol..(today is the last day-30 days prior to closing date)..so I assume next month all APS are considered cancelled...

Nothing for me either..2017 buyer..

Hi I also got the notice today..and next "tentative" (in quotes) occupancy date is 28 Oct2024. I would suggest let's get together and pursue some legal action against these guys...I booked this project back in Sept2017..it's already been 5 years waiting for its completion..
