    I didn't get a chance to take a picture, but the original commuter lot is now closed and excavators are on site beginning demolition.

    It looks like the permit for the Canadian Tire at 3003 Danforth are moving. This would be the new / temporary home for the Canadian tire that presently exists at this site, 2681 Danforth. I heard the hold up was with the garage but haven’t looked beyond this.

    The revised application is now submitted for this site. On quick glance, I didn't see any retail, but a much better looking proposal in my opinion than what was previously proposed.
