    I don't think so, if you go to cbre.ca you will see no mention of 1 Yonge, unless I completely missed it. I think it's much more likely it get's demolished and turned into a parking lot.

    Very true !     Interesting ! I didn't realize Nvidia has a local presence but I think it was through an acquisition - I think they have a smaller site on King street. I wonder if this will be a larger expansion - which would be great !
