    Our development charges and other associated fees were ~$56K. Since we negotiated a cap on these fees of $18K + HST, we got a credit of ~$35K. We purchased a 3 bed unit.

    I think 10 or 11 of the 70 or so units put up for rent have been leased so far. Ours rented in just a few days.

    Yes, they were sent to purchasers a couple weeks ago. Our unit is just over 1000 sf so we had to contact Lamb directly for the minimum. Still waiting to hear back.

    Yes, we opted for the full size fridge and range. In order to make it work though, we had to sacrifice part of the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Overall, I think it was a decent trade off but I guess it depends how large one’s clothing collection is!

    Our PDI was today. A solid list of deficiencies but nothing major. Overall, quite pleased. @StuGold - our unit is right above yours on the 12th floor. We’ll encourage our tenants to walk softly (although hopefully that won’t be much of an issue either way!) 😉

    Our unit is on the 12th floor and our PDI is currently scheduled for November 18th.

    Email from Lamb today states that occupancy is expected to begin in early October 2020 and finish up in January 2021. This is our first condo purchase and I’m wondering how long after the building is fully occupied does closing occur (i.e. when you start paying your mortgage?).

    We purchased the Nagoya as well. Didn't mind the hallway, as we thought it would help insulate us a bit from noise in the hall.
