Many thanks for mentioning the Biidaasige Park Urban Forestry Nature Tour. I went today and it was wonderful. There were 40-50 people in attendance, and from what I could see everyone was very happy with what we saw/experienced, including me.
I already have a response to the 311 report that I made at 5:53pm today. 311 sent an email at 8:34pm:
Then at 8:35pm, 311 sent another email.
I went out to check, and the bubbles and cracks are still there.
I just noticed some bubbling on the surface of the bridge, and in some places the asphalt, or whatever it is, is broken. It is a trip hazard in a few places. I hope these is a warranty on the work! I used 311 to report and sent these photos.
Art has been added to both entrances of the bridge, and at least some of the lighting is in place. When I was there, the bridge was well used by pedestrians, cyclists, folks towing luggage, etc. There was space for everyone, and good site lines. Photos taken Sunday June 29.

The recent frequency and granularity of these updates makes me feel like someone at the City knows this project is being watched 👀 👋 To state the obvious, I think everyone wants this done.
