This building has grown on me. It looks so much better on a sunny day. They seem to be building fast.

This building is going up fast. Does anybody know if it's reasonable to assume that this will be completed by December 2024? I think first occupancy is August 2024.

Is the top part of the Social condo part of the overall height of the building?

Hey all, Need some expertise. I bought a unit on the 55th floor (or 48th officially) facing East. Will my view be fully covered by the Social condo? Or will I just be high enough to see the sky? Pemberton Social looks to be 4FT lower or 2M lower than 252. Is that huge white slab at the top...
