Do you mean until Monza is under construction? If so, why would that be? 900 St Clair was selling in May and sold a lot as far as I know.

So, it's October 2014 and the place is registered and some units are still leftover. Anyone want to comment on their investment or who currently lives there?

I spoke with them today and it seems that they're at about 25% so far. That's after selling all summer to brokers and two weeks to the public.

With the announcement of the demolition of the Garrison Street bridge under the Gardiner, what does this mean for this building and others in and around the area?

I've been looking for information on this, so it looks like the Visitor's Centre is going ahead as planned. Does this mean the current plot of land with the small houses across from the train tracks (I suppose the battlefield for recreations) will be left untouched for the foreseeable future...
