Hey newbuyer. I spoke to karen (the red head sales rep). She told me the only way to sell your unit on assignment is to call elad head office and ask for their Permisson. Let me know how it goes if u are really serious about selling your unit.

In the latest New Condo Guide magazine, there is a ad for Emerald city 2. and the that ad says that that construction has started for Emerald 1. What a load of BS!

What do you guys think of this floor plan? It is a 3 storey loft made by Mattamy Homes. I am planning to purchase this unit. Its at Warden and St Clair. across the street for Wilshire On the Green. Let me know what you guys think. Pros vs Cons. Thanks!

Just recieved a letter for a delay from emerald city development...oh boy, did we all get really screwed over by them. New tentative occupancy date is JANUARY 29 2014!!! WTF!

The V shaped buildings (more like a "Y") are not going to be demolished. They will be getting a upgrade with glass balcony's.

Sorry no pics. I drove by yesterday the whole block was boarded up and the demo company terrasa (terrasan.com) was digging the place up. Go check it out. Looks like they are on path to demo the place next week, hopefully!
