This appears to be a purpose-built rental according to the planning justification addendum.

Hi, just curious where you got this info? This project isn't listed on Reserve's or Westdale's websites. And I couldn't find any press releases.

Can anyone point me to the site plans? I'm confused as to how many buildings and blocks are supposed to be in this project.
