What I do know is the original design did not include bike lanes even with the road narrowing, only after input from council was it implemented. Obviously it shows that it was not planned from the get go. What I find frustrating is how the bike lane drops down to the road at every intersection...

Not sure the best place to put these, but it relates to the moving of the pipeline onto Main St E for LRT works on Queenston Rd. With the pipeline work looking complete the road reconstruction is focusing on narrowing the old legacy Main St to better suit the needs today. Bi-directional bike...
