Has anyone heard about when final closing would be? Builder has given us an option to put additional deposit down prior to occupancy (which would reduce occupancy fee because a portion of that is from interest on remaining balance). But the builder is charging a 1% admin fee on whatever extra...

Walked by today and the walking area around the condo is laid down (still need to put the gravel / sand between the stones), the lobby looks complete (stone work, the entry way communication system, and security staff was at the desk), couple of trees are planted in the common area (last photo)...

well, just received update on occupancy. From feb 1 to mid April.

Yeah you are a few floors above me. So April 2023 would make sense compared to my Feb 2023 date.

Interesting. We received the email with the following note saying that this date is for first occupancies on the lowest floor. Our original occupancy was Aug 2022, and we assumed push back of 90 days to Nov 2022 (from an email back in May).

Yeah we were told occupancy would be around Aug 23. We are on 15th floor.

If you wouldn’t mind, what was your occupancy date before? Which floor are you on?

It’s been a while since the last update. Took the picture today. I happened to see a worker on site pass by and had a brief chat. So far no delays and they have not been impacted by the strike action by the trades workers.

I was told by sales office, back in the day, that the east building is a dedicated luxury rental. it is suppose to be similar to 101st Clair luxury rentals. It’s run by the developer, Camrost felcorp.
