I have no problem with French announcements. However, there is zero reason to repeat the safety announcements after each stop. Last time I was in Chicago (2018), they had a series of rotating messages, each of which would play every few stations. As others have stated, people understand gravity...

Plus, perhaps Cardi B of several years ago would have sold out both. I don't follow her, but I think she was bigger pre pandemic

What I find surprising is that GO is subject to Federal regulations for safety, but apparently not accident investigation. TSB investigations are independent, and facts based. They don't seek to blame. Read their aviation investigation reports
