I know there’s a lot of reviews already, but I rode it this morning during rush hour, and here’s my take:
It took about 50 minutes to run end to end.
There was almost no one commuting on the line.
The main problem for me was the sheer number of stops. 18!!! That’s more than the entire Ontario...
No source. Just have seen hundreds of condos present fantastical greenery in renders that is always much more underwhelming in reality. Greenery requires care, watering, pest control. And those renders show several years of growth and imagines owners will have no problems with plants growing...
It’s funny - people read what they want into other people’s arguments. Just to reiterate:
* Apparently I need to make this clear: people can prefer to live in whatever house they want.
* Should everyone get to live in whatever house they want, where they want? Well, land values say no to that...
I always find the "my friends from another city were visiting and found x part of the city to be crappy" to be the most eye-rolling form of anecdata. It seems to be both a boast ("I have friends in another city and they have good taste") and a lofty complaint ("I suffer through this miserable...

But please, continue trying to prove the 44% you...
AFAIK, sales for the second tower have not started.
I wouldn't hold my breath for the second tower. No one is going to buy a 300 square foot shoebox for $800,000 in the current market.
This forum thread has devolved into priestly prognostications. Without any real news or information, folks are trying to figure out the situation based upon little more than augury.
"I looked up into the sky on the third blood moon, and I saw a flock of birds, and they spelled out a ghostly...
