June 3 South tower at 18th floor North tower at 13th floor not all units delayed ‘till 2025…lower-mid floors occupancy in early 2024

They have 7 years to complete. So technically they have until 2025. Early 2024 makes sense…this building will be completed in 6 months… Winter 2025 makes no sense…

May 5 Update: North tower 10th floor, South tower 14th floor.

They have just started on the tower floors. There is cladding and glass on the south side of the podium.

As of 26/02/2022, podium is complete, no sign of towers yet.

North portion on 7th floor, Podium and South portion on 8th floor.
