As other users have pointed out, there’ll be a fake wall convering the TMD which should also extend upwards to complete the curving shape I speculated on this as well but tbh the people who pointed this stuff out have way more construction knowledge over me so I’ll take their word for it...

Depending on your definition, one bloor west is technically topped out. But that’s really only the columns so it feels disingenuous to say that… But I have a strange feeling that this’ll top out before 1bw’s crown is completed.

From the Queensway just now: This building is so elegant, I love it. Also the “cladding cover” as I call it looks to be about the same height as 1be now

If that’s the case, then that should put this project at either about the same height, or taller an fcp! (According to Skyscraperpage) *rough estimate* That would also mean that we’re about to have our second supertall!

This one is going up super fast.. also sidenote but I love this cladding for some reason, it’s different from that area’s “basic” cladding. So this’ll look really good among the others!

That would make sense.. but then why is the ventilation unit (or whatever it’s called) already installed? It also dosent explain the huge gap on the back end of the tower lol.. time will tell.

Yea I posted about this the other day or sum, seems like they changed the design last minute or something… but even at the top off ceremony there were promo images with that exact image so who knows 🤷‍♂️

I wonder what the height is now.. I wanna say 290~295 range (although I am by no means a professional “height guesser”)

I did a bit of digging and as shown in the image below, even in the most recent renders, the slope at the top of the tower was very present: So did the height get cut down or something? Or is it really just a design change.. the developers haven’t said anything on the matter either, it’s almost...

Absolutely, honestly it probably already was but I’ll hold my breath on that.. The building itself is very much about to hit 300m so 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
