Walking through phase 2 today. Not bad. They still have some work today and things to clean up but overall I found the trail to be decent.
Does anyone know when phase 3 will open? I can't seem to find any info... Even on the official website.
What are the starting prices for studio and 1 bedroom units?
Also, is there parking available for these sized units (yes I know it's right beside the subway(s)) ?
The 3-level STC parking garage between Walmart and where Sears used to be is currently being demolished... There are exterior signs that say "re-opening in the fall".
Does anyone know what is planned? Is there a retail expansion planned? Is it a re-building of the parking garage ? Or will...
Sorry to bring up an old thread...but how does everyone feel with the Yonge/Sheppard vs Yonge/Eglinton debate today?
Yonge/Eglinton is getting a quite a few condos being built as well as the crosstown which opens in 5 years.
Yonge/Sheppard has had some good development (Hullmark, Emerald, etc)...
Hi,
I'm looking to buy my first home. Preferably a condo no more than $250,000. 1 bed/1 bathroom w/ parking and possibly a locker/storage. Hopefully like something like this exists.
Location: preferably downtown Toronto, midtown Toronto (along or close to Yonge) or east (east of midtown like...
^Thanks.
I'm very familiar with the area and I live not too far from here. I also went to school up the street along don mills.
I'm just looking to by my first home, but don't know too much about the developer.
The location is very central as far as the city goes, and for me...going to work...
Im looking at this condo and I'm specifically looking at a 1-bedroom unit. Any ideas if this is a good choice? Good developer? Etc.
Looking to buy my first home. Thanks.
Excellent post. Don't forget:
Construction of the Leslie barns facility.
Automatic train control (2019?)
The new ttc trains (hold 10% more people)
Mississauga transitway brt
Vivanext brt
New Hamilton go train station
New GO trains (ordered already)
WiFi added on the TTC
And there's more.
Isn't there 240+ streetcars alone in Toronto? Plus over 2000 buses? And isn't there a 450+ km network of commuter rail serving Toronto and the surrounding suburbs?
How many kms of commuter rail does vancity have again?
sad that sapphire wasnt built (i remember when it was introduced like it was yesterday). it had the design and height that would of been a MUCH better addition to the skyline than this.
with that said, indx is still a decent addition i guess.
