The bike seat adjustment lock is the best implementation I have seen. You just need to lift the mechanism and adjust and push it back down. Can even be down while in motion if you were desperate.

Was thinking the same after seeing all the expansion in South Etobicoke. I think this would make sense with Mississauga and an expansion along the waterfront towards Port Credit.
That one should be easy. They just need to turn them on. The "smart" traffic lights were installed 30-40 years ago and left unused since it inconveniences drivers.
Just want to point out that Infrastructure Ontario has been actively investigating developing this site for some 20-odd years.

I like the repositioning of the internal courtyard into a corner POPS. More fitting for this stretch of the waterfront and I expect it will get good usage.
If these were offered at RyanAir prices then it would become price competitive for a group traveling vs car-sharing.
With the current fare structures of domestic flying, I'm curious what demand outlook they are projecting.

It is funny how adding a simple protected bike lane at-grade with the sidewalk towards the GO station along "Street A" and perhaps "Street B" would resolve the distance to the GO station issue, but because this is the suburbs, that is sacrilege to suggest even in a brand new master-planned...
Maybe, but the car only stops if the stop signal is pressed. In my experience, Tweedsmuir is often skipped at off-peak hours, unlike say Finch West where the line stops at every stop.
I honestly think some sort of cash return program for docking bikes into empty docks would sort the system organically, at least in the high density areas of the city/network.
