Is all of this here at the North end permanent? (I know there will be temporary stands on top and in front). Will the future building basically abut the Food building?

Got off the train and facing me was a “Thinking of suicide?” wall ad, which would be an over-reaction, but was sort of on the nose.

When will substantial completion be completed? Only when it's substantially complete and no sooner.
In the meantime, abundance of caution levels continue to be abundant (but cautious).
I didn't realize that Joie de Vivre had become a Hyatt brand -- or that this would be one! Great to have one in Toronto.
