The city brought the heights down on it. Certainly squimshed the proportions from what was originally proposed. Also what a throw away sentence. The city certainly influences design throughout the development process.

the city really killed this creative design with the proportions getting all jacked. Great to see it going up nonetheless. I am getting a tour in a couple of weeks and curious to get a feel for the inside.
