Did they state what maintenance per square foot was? When we bought it was quoted at $0.24/sq ft. I imagine it's not that anymore, lol. My sister bought the same time as me and hers went from $0.38/sq ft to $0.50/ sq ft upon occupancy. Is there any breakdown at all or they just give you a number?

So they actually set occupancy closing date? My lawyer hasn't received anything and they pushed occupancy back to November 19th. Wish someone in Block C would chime in and let us know what their occupancy fees were :(

I am in Block A. Original Firm Occupancy was September 3rd, have received at least 3-4 pushbacks now and new Tentative Occupancy is now November 19th.

The Official Website is also saying "Final Release. Move-in in 60 days!"

Just got a letter pushing back FIRM OCCUPANCY from Phase I from September 3, 2024 to September 30, 2024.
