Holly molly, I checked today and there are 33 units for rent already?... and no units for sale. It seems like it was mostly investors buying that development :) ...also, when I look and Scout and Reunion unit pictures some of them look...identical??? The same finishes, the same appliances!

The development website doesn't list rooftop patio on the list of amenities. Some real estate sites mention "Rooftop Terrace with BBQ's" but I don't know where they took it from, possibly misinterpreting the info about rooftop patios on townhouses. The top level area, that must be the patio of...

Outside Occupancy is a date after which the buyer can terminate the deal (if property is still not ready). It's a Tauron requirement and has to be included in the documents, I wouldn't read too much into it. It's in the developer's best interest to close as soon as possible.

Let's not forget that we have TWO Notices of Unavoidable Delay... they haven't announced the end of the Covid one. Maybe they keep it as an insurance policy, so they do not have to worry about possible further delays.

I don't think so, it would be mentioned in marketing materials. I can see a roof top patio on renderings, though? You might want to take a look at the penthouse units floor plans, it probably belongs to one of these.

Thank you! The floor plan in my APS is NOT mirrored - that's why I wanted to ask others. ...I just noticed, it actually says "Suite purchased may be mirror image of layout shown".
