That's strange, Onni, sent an email out just a month before closing date saying they had some parking spots available and they quoted the identical price of $40,000 from the January 2019 price list of $40,000..

I'm not sure if this helps or not - my lawyer had me fill in the form for the HST rebate, I'm renting the condo to a close family member, that could be why I'm eligible for the rebate.
According to the price list of July 2019, the Maintenance Fee is quoted as $0.54 / sq . foot (excluding hydro). This includes footage of locker and parking spot. I'm not sure if this is what your fee works out to.
As our building isn’t registered yet (still in interim occupancy stage) there is no condominium board.
I suggest you tell the Fortunecare folks (fortunecare@onni.com) you will be forced to go to the board of health as this situation is a health hazard and can’t continue.
