I can’t offer any photos, but it is fairly well progressed with the parking garage complete or near completion and buildings surrounding in various states of completion.
Many units will likely be for sale post completion at prices the builder could only dream...
Too late for what? What does your APS list as your outside occupancy? People in this thread have been waiting since 2017 for their homes and their contracts have since expired.
May somebody please post (possibly repost, sorry in advance if it’s already been posted) a list of all the documents that are being asked of us to prove ownership/down payment! Thanks in advance!
Red tape has got us in this situation. Over regulation has landed us in a position where lack of competition (amongst builders) has given these companies the safety net to pull these sort of shenanigans and use the ‘loop holes’ in legislation to their advantage.
