Floors 55+ have no carpeting in hallways + penthouse stairs are still in forms + drywall not installed. Lower floors are finished and some have pretty blue bows on the doors.

Are the ground floor doors or garage doors open yet?

Is the mass damper on the roof, or is it on one of the lower floors? Anyone have pics of it if it's already there?
