Is Orchard West a new builder? I see their website and they got atleast 8 proposed projects but only this one in construction. Does anyone know?

I am commenting to follow this thread. I used to rent at 2020 Bathurst Street and man it was such an investor shit show building. Love seeing a proper condo building that is end-user-focused coming to arguably one of the best residential areas in midtown Toronto.

Guys I have a question. The area just opposite the Aqualuna building, besides the parliament slip, Is there a possibility of a big condo in block 5?
