Sadly, no, the house on Broadway (246) was built in 1945 and was torn down (with a few adjoining houses) in the late 70's for a townhouse project.
My parents were the only owners of the house for its life, and where I spent the first 18 yrs of my life.
That one (a 55) is a "tribute" to the old TV series "Highway Patrol" starring Broderick Crawford. I remember it well... The Buicks were always the real stars in that series. (in my eyes)...:)

IIRC This was the original location of CTC's in-house Carburetor rebuilding plant which relocated to Yonge St across from the Young/Davenport retail store. It was also used for the manufacture of store fixtures (which they also did in-house)
