Thanks everyone for your input. aiekon - Do you have any idea on the costs associated with the bedroom light wiring/switch? I don't really have a problem with putting in my own light fixture, but it would be a mess to do it after the drywall is already up.

Can anyone comment on whether electrical wiring is standard for bedrooms and living areas? I understand that the foyer, hallways, kitchen and bathrooms come with light fixtures. Do the wiring/light switches come with the units or do they require upgrades?
