I was told that once the third floor is built, they will be able to build one floor every three days. I’m sure that’s true but I think it’s a little unrealistic! Perhaps an entire week or two per floor seems more likely..
Thanks for posting! I was down there the other day and saw that they are now building above ground! Very exciting! Maybe we’ll really get to move in sometime in the next 18 months! 😊

I agree 100%. I was also looking for a place without amenities! I have friends paying $1500 in maintenance fees. I belong to a club so I didn’t want any amenities. This was just what I wanted.

Why do you say that possession will be in 2023? Is this sarcasm on your part? Did you buy a unit? Are you as frustrated as I am? We would never recommend pre construction to anyone unless of course one doesn’t mind waiting 8 years until completion of a project. I was almost hoping for this...
That Freed article says that he will no longer focus on small projects. Well, why did he purchase the lots on Dupont and Spadina? That is also not a big project! And he states that the move in dates will be 2023....who is he kidding!!! He’d better start 346 Davenport first!
