That's what I heard as well, so I'm not optimistic. It is pretty disappointing to move into a new building in the heat of the summer and then not have AC. I hope there is a serious plan in place from Camrost if this is a long-term issue (i.e. providing people with fans and portable AC units)...

The AC problem is brutal. I'm worried that this could be a major issue that will take time to resolve (this is just the sense I'm getting). We were lucky that we had a cold stretch but with the heat the past few days this is unbearable. Have you heard any updates?

We were supposed to get possession of our unit at the end of May but recently got notified that our date has been pushed to mid-June. Our PDI still hasn't been scheduled. Is anyone in the same boat? I know Covid has caused delays but I am really hoping not to be pushed again. Just wondering if...

When do we get assigned a parking spot? I'm not getting my unit til late May but was hoping I'd get some say in what spot I get. I haven't heard anything about parking.

I haven't bought any Rove Concepts furniture but have looked into them because I am always seeing their advertisements on Instagram, and the reviews are not good at all. The biggest complaint seems to be waiting ridiculous amounts of time for your furniture to arrive, followed by questionable...

Okay thanks. We got 12 months of maintenance fees "included" when we purchased our unit (which I think it just paid as a cash refund at closing). But I'm guessing that doesn't kick in until occupancy. I'm on a higher floor and not in until late May so hoping I don't have to pay occupancy for too...

What is the "monthly rent" amount? What is it based on? I'm trying to get a sense of what my monthly occupancy cost will be.

We are in the Foxbar collection (i.e. the "upgraded" units on the top few floors) and even then a microwave wasn't included for us either. We paid extra to have a built-in one added to our kitchen. However, we knew this when we bought and pointed it out as strange at the time, so we always knew...

Thanks for all of the updates everyone! Keep 'em coming! It's nice to hear that people are having their inspections and moving in. I'm on one of the top floors so it'll still be a couple more months :(

Were you able to see inside any of the Foxbar units on the top floors? Wondering how the finishes are looking in those units.

Yay this is good news. I'm on one of the top floors so I'm sure it'll still be a while (I've been told end of May) but it's exciting to know occupancy is starting on the lower floors.

How did you get that!? Were you in the building?
