Not enough parking for this area. It has no transportation except overpriced VIVA and unreliable York Transit. No supermarkets nearby. Nevertheless, I hope this project will be build someday.

Will they clean these steel panels like windows ? If yes, I cannot imagine how. If no, these panels will lose their brightness pretty soon.

Hash ! One of these "gems" can become heritage, and that will end all hopes of redeveloping this area.

These roads may work in downtown with very few cars parked in underground garages. But this is not downtown. Life in Etobicoke without car is not for the faint-hearted. Unless subway comes to Cloverdale ( in my dreams ), traffic jams here are guaranteed.

Then towers will start to replace warehouses, and existing residents will cry about losing thier views.

$1,090 PSF is too much or too cheap for Etobicoke ?

I don't believe it'll be build. Not until developer buys the gas station at Fieldgate & Bloor corner. I doubt this gas station does very well. There are two others at Dixie & Bloor.

Old buildings fit in nicely into streetscape.
