Yeah I’m in south tower, it is allowed for some people who bought when they had the promotion I think in early 2015.

my occupancy fee is about 2150 for 791 square feet. The mortgage rate they use is about 3.2%.

I like the lobby as well, very simple and clean look. this is the south tower, not sure if the north tower will be different. This is the S2DA unit, it feels great and is very bright, lots of sun. it faces south and west, unfortunately 55 mercer will block our views, but likely 3-4 years away...

Took this morning, bricks seem to be all laid in the public courtyard, silva cells seem to be in place in sidewalks, PDIs taking place now through May, almost done.

Taken yesterday, Hoarding is down on north side (king street). This is taking long, firm occupancy dates got delayed by 3 months, people should be moving in around late Feb-March.

people should be taking occupancy in dec-feb, with the top floors moving in february. PDIs are starting or should have started by now.

I would wait a bit, PDIs are taking place and people are starting to move in this month, you’ll be able to view the units and quality of work soon. Supposedly one of the biggest developers in China and in the world, but yes still a big risk as it’s their first project here. As for closing costs...

they’re dissembling the elevator on the south tower. maybe 6 more months til completion?

today: got a few pictures, a lot of work on flooring going on today. got a few pics of 2 of the laminate floors

taken today. nice to see the bricks of the westinghouse building put back together on this side. would have been cool if they continued with the original warehouse-style windows but new windows don’t look too bad.
