Did he end up hanging it off that trim? The trim that is hugging the wall in my unit is made out of an flimsy thin metal. Would be ideal if I could hang it off of there but not sure if it can bear the load.

On that note, if it has to be drilled into the ceiling how did some of you get around the drop down vent, its a drywall covered vent.........was there enough space between the drywall and vent to use drywall anchors?

I'm looking into install solar shades in my portofino unit. Has anyone done so? If so can you let me know if you successfully mounted them on the ceiling or on the window frame? I've seen them mounted like this in another condominium http://tinypic.com/r/qxqqsh/4

Do you think this condo will actually go up? They have to first sell a certain amount of units first right? The reason I ask is because I'm around the 11th floor of casa directly facing this building, if this condo is put up, my view will be obliterated. Anyone know how this will affect resale...

Anyone else disappointed with the poor plantings of Casa out front as opposed to BSN? It almost looks as if Casa planted weeds in the front instead of actual plants while BSN looks gorgeous.

Anyone have the inside scoop as to when the amenities will be available? More specifically, the gym. First it was end of January, then 1st week of February now I'm hearing end of February.

ROFL +1, I can't remember how many times i've had to press that mute button! You forgot to note that they've also provided us with inadequate hot water levels to assist in the wake up. As for the gym, gosh I really do hope it's ready soon.

Definitely not, in fact Bell Entertainment includes a free HD PVR rental. While watching HD content I still manage to get 1.3 MB/s and a whopping 2.5 when not watching television. The only downside to Bell Entertainment is that they don't have an agreement for Sportsnet HD Channels...

I've already moved into Casa (11th floor) and am currently using Bell Entertainment (iptv) for internet/satellite. What does the satelliete have to do with this? Unless you want to go with Bell Expressvu instead of Bell Entertainment. There was a 50% off for an entire year if you ordered...
