    KING Toronto (Westbank/Allied) - Real Estate -

I was watching an interesting video on "green" skyscrapers that made me skeptical about this project. I am sure there is no guarantee any of the green elements will make it into the final project

I think the copper and cream upper levels look great. Still holding out judgement on the base. Penthouses look like they will have high ceilings and sick views.

Criminal. Not even addressing these cell-like layouts, I lived in two Entertainment District condos with roughly two elevators per 300-400 units from 2015-2019 and I still have nightmares. Finally moved to a building that has one elevator per 8 units and I wouldn't trade it for a unit worth ten...

$6 lattes are unironically one of my favourite parts of living downtown. GotStyle is a pretty sold menswear store. Dog and Bowl has some pretty unique items for fancy pooches. I am still pretty optimistic about the future of the retail component at the Well.

One of the best additions is the health center and Life Labs blood diagnostic clinic. I went there for the first time last week and it's quite spiffy.

I lived in a new Freed condo which was absolutely awful and YET I really like the look of this building. Will I ever learn?

Well, your definition of "dumpster fire" must require a literal dumpster to be literally on fire.

For a new building? It's high but not unprecedentedly high. 108 Peter was up around 100/696 for awhile but has fallen to 67. To me, they are both indicative of buildings where the majority of units are owned by disinterested off-site investors and occupied by an assortment of transients and...
