Nope. I e-mailed them to ask if there would be tracking on the package with the cheque, to which they said no. When I asked for a timeline, they said to e-mail them at the end of July and they would have a better idea then. So, probably not before August.

Just got official confirmation that my APS is terminated. They did not include any filled out Deposit Return Protocol, just the general template we saw earlier. Letter says that no action is required from us until Trisura releases the next steps. Not sure what the timeline on that is.

Does anyone know any unit purchasers from this building? Did they get their deposits back? I'm waiting for my deposit as part of Vandyk's recievership proceedings, also being done by KSV. Trying to determine an approximate timeline following approval of the Deposit Return Protocol.
