what's your view on the buildings to the east of the Parking Lot? (not the Heritage ones, 1,3,5,7,9 Yorkville). Do you see a future development there? or is it hindered due to the Fire Hall?

Yonge and St.Clair in my eyes is a major node within the City of Toronto, but it appears that there isn't much development going on in that area (aside from a proposal just north of St.Clair + the condo development by the cemetery on the West side of Yonge which was completed over a year ago)...

Thank you very much. ^Yeah, I was referring to the construction cost, interior finishes etc, but not including land cost, as that is somewhat a different area of the project budget.

I was wondering if anyone on here can provide some insight as to what are the "average" construction costs per Square Foot for Condominiums in Toronto. Possibly the variations of costs between Mid-end (a Daniel-type condo) Condos, and High-end luxury (Yorkville-type) Condo construction prices...
