Unless there's something I'm unaware of but hasn't the sales centre been closed for months now? Marketing and sales operations appeared to have stalled.
With OCAD now with an official university designation and its growing prominence, it would make sense to expand its presence in the area. Maybe a multi-use building with lecture, gallery, retail, and even some student residential space to meet growing demands.
Considering that 88 Scott is another Concert development and P+S is affiliated with IBI Group, this building so far indicates some causes for concern regarding poor cladding execution.
It does look quite strange, but affordable housing is also welcomed. Should also be a nice view overlooking the Humber ravine.
