Gotta say, that's pretty good progress though. I guess they aren't digging too deep. I'm at another 15 storey building which has 5 levels of underground parking, so I'm wondering if the depth here at Scout is even enough? This probably also leaves only 2 levels of parking for Scout.

More like Fall 2022 at the earliest. Real estate agent actually suggested spring 2023 as more likely.

Yeah, passed by the other day - pretty impressive they are already going below street level.

Any updates on move-ins? Are there delays again from the May 2020 date or have people started moving in.
