Doesn’t really matter if you find this a boring area, people live where they want to. I happen to live in this area because I work off the 427, it’s convenient for me to live where I do due to proximity to work

Update 09/14/2018: construction crane is being assembled as I write this post I’ll be much more active on this forum as things start taking shape

Just received my very first hydro bill from enercare. Billing period is from 11/27-12/27 so basically I got free hydro for 6 weeks, not complaining. Bill was pretty decent, without all the first time billing charges and stuff, it really only came to $85.
