I'm not saying this policy results will be massively beneficial. I am stating that there are some minor benefits to it, just to clarify my point. I agree, majority of the time any Score above 680 will allow you access majority of mortgage products that someone with a 800 Score has.

Majority of changes won't have a real impact including that small fund for legal assistance. However, I do think creating measures where Credit Score can be increased via Rental Payments does provide benefits. Renter Bill of Rights is interesting and can provide more access to information...
Builder Occupancy's Date during the Selling phase is notorious for being incorrect and usually get extended a year on average. This project's Occupancy is set for 2029, so we're long ways away from predicting everything.
Interesting announcement. Tying in Credit Scores to rent payment I think is an extremely positive thing.

Occupancy Notice is provided by the Sales Team and PDI Appointment dates are pre-set by the developer. Everything is done through Email. Depends , I've done PDIs from December 2023 even with Occupancy notices for March. Aoyuan opted for doing PDIs much earlier compared to other developers imo.
I agree as well, but the Bill that's going to be introduced next week is in regards to Fourplexes specifically at four storeys. Ford bringing up an example of a 8 storey unit is an exaggeration since it wouldn't happen and isn't what is even being proposed in the first place.
FAR is referring...
Liberal MP Adil Shamji is expected to introduce a private members bill allowing Fourplex's to be built up to four storeys on any Residental lot or parcel without Municipal Approval. Furthermore, there is no restrictions on FAR or requirement on Parking Spaces.
This falls in line with Ford's...
I did 2 PDI's for my client's in December & Jan. In December, I mentioned before that Units on the Lower Floors were still unfinished or not even built but they've made alot of progress recently. I think April Occupancy is completely doable since the mid level floors looked relatively finished.
Lobby still has construction to do as well as hallways for the unit. Amenities probably won't be open for another year even after occupancy, from what I could tell, which isn't unusual considering the scale of what it's in the building. Units itself remain largely unfinished, even on the lower...
Phase 1 , South Tower occupancy for lower floors is set for March 2024. I've been inside recently and there are units that still aren't even built yet on the lower floors. I think it'll be delayed though.
Take a look at the launch pricing which doesn't include Premiums and current sales data within the vicinity. That being said, don't want to discuss too much since we're moving towards more of a Real Estate discussion.
Looks like some changes were made to the Residential Podium design from the new rendering that came out. Retail/Residential Amenities being swapped from the original plan and design.
Couple of updates for those interested. Centrecourt as usual is aiming for CLOSING directly with no interim occupancy which should happen in Mid June . Second note is all the purchasers for this building based on present market conditions will have 100K ish Negative equity.
