So is the actual park just an afterthought in this? Wasn't this one of Joe Cressy's parting park projects he proudly claimed as a part of his legacy?

I know the building isn't anything spectacular, but I'm glad they're incorporating that old brick building. We need to retain as much as that stuff as possible.

I dont know what i'm more angry about; the fact that this site is about to be left derelict for who knows how long, or that Fengate+WZMH may build atrocious garbage at any given point in time here.

Demolition permits should only be issued in tandem with a construction permit.
