Quick shot from this morning (Danforth just east of Coxwell) with the rising sun reflected in One Bloor East
At times I think this building is cursed:

Worker seriously injured at site of Toronto highrise under construction
One worker has been taken to a trauma centre after suffering an injury at the construction site of an 87-storey highrise building in the heart of downtown Toronto.www.cp24.com
I love my balcony at 1 Bloor East, although it didn't need to be as big as it is.There are many reasons why this building is special, but a few characteristics that I wish we'd get more of in Toronto (especially for primarily condo buildings):
- Curtainwall cladding
- No balconies
- Less substantial podium
If the TPS won’t clean out the junkies (isn’t public intoxication and drug use still illegal?), maybe the civil courts will. The actual intersection is...ok...a bit dodgy at times, but ok. Down at Charles is rougher due to Sanctuary and its denizens. I actually find Bloor and Spadina worse.
I think you posted in the wrong thread and meant to post in the Forma oneIt's not even done, and yet it's already iconic. We're lucky to have this in our city. There's a lot to be said about Mirvish, but I have to give credit where credit is due.
