What exactly is so complicated about the mechanical floors for the One that make them take so long to construct compared to other skyscrapers?

They have to drop multiple mechanical units into place as well as their being a half floor in between and I would imagine there is far more mechanical embedded in the slabs and walls in these areas making it that more trades have to be involved

It's really four floors - the two mechanical levels, and the level above and below them. They are taller. All four floors have shear/outrigger walls from the core to the mega columns, and beams to support the smaller pair of columns that are on each side. Just a lot more rebar and concrete work taking place.

It was originally actually a nod to when bloor could get us pictures but is also a nod to all the great drone operators we have that get us pics I guess you could call it a hidden thank you

From just now; they have moved the west side RCS up a couple of levels for cladding installation:

In the weird world of disconnected illusions, looks like 50 Scollard is smack dab between Four Seasons and 11 YV instead of very much north of the former... 🙀
