Incidentally, the last part of P2 was poured Wednesday, Nov. 12th. Stay tuned for a picture..

Cant wait for the pics! I still remember seeing the massive hole in the ground earlier this year, -and now it'll hit ground in a few more weeks.

Hmmm, I'd imagine it would be a little more than 3 months. They haven't even reached the ground level, yet. Typically you don't see cladding until at least the tenth storey.

Any ideas where the main elevators will be, and where the ramp from P2 to P1 will be placed?

All the ramps are stacked above one another, sort of like a corkscrew. The top is just visible on the extreme right, halfway up. Efficient and simple.

There are 4 elevators, in pairs. You can see the two elevator shafts in the middle of the photo, covered up. Just to the right of each, you can see the stairwells (surrounded by the wooden fences).

^^ Thanks !! I can make them out now. I thought those seemed a little small for elevator shafts, so I assumed they were something else.

You're right. A little bit of unreasonable excitement on my part.

Recession Prices?

Hi guys,

As with many of you I'm sure, I have purchased one of the X Condo units. I was wondering if anyone here has any information about X Condo unit prices falling because of this looming--scratch the "looming"--because of the recession?

Anyone? I'm slightly worried about my investment...

Thanks,

pete

It all depends ... is it an investment to you, or are you going to live there? That's the real question.

What's your time frame.

Anyways this conversation should be in the real estate forum.
