Lots to like.

One of my favourite details is the green roof — instead of the fairly typical sedum, or other low-height fare, the roof is effectively a wildflower meadow.

The meadow green roof makes for a gorgeous condition for residents to look out onto.

It appears Parks listened to @northern Light’S suggestions :)

...you can almost hear the sole of hard shoes echoing across it on an evening's function.

I'm glad we're getting more chairs and tables in our parks and public squares. Until recently, these places were almost deliberately designed to deter people from lingering and enjoying them (see the relatively new parkettes on Yonge between Gerrard & Carlton, across from Aura/College Park).

It’s a bit odd that one of the sofas don’t seem to belong (chain supply issues, lol?!)
The photographic mural looks like a piece recycled from their condo marketing/sales centre. It would be nice to see something artistic or historic instead. It makes it look like there is too much furniture in the space, like a furniture showroom.
