The standards used when that building was built never exist that are require today. It was built for freight trains like most buildings decades ago.
1800 Davenport was just built very recently - around 2018. It's all industrial/commercial, so fewer requirements for setbacks or crash walls (from what I understand...)

What will the locals say about this now as there is something showing how high the line will be at the highest point??
