Sweet shots lightarchitect... particularly the first one with the "Veil" invading the right side of the frame (very night-time appropriate given your UT handle :)).
 
Gorgeous pic Jasonzed... but your little buddy must have birds of prey nightmares.

The Selby's notch is a great solution for other development sites, that may be suffering from city planning tower-separation anxiety syndrome.
 
The Selby has to be considered one of the best new completed projects for what it gives to the skyline from various angles.

I think if the Selby didn't have that cutout area, it would look incredible. I love the inset minimalist balconies, the square proportions, the brick. The cutout is just out of place IMO. An unnecessary stylistic touch that brings the building down unfortunately.

As for Via, I really dislike the cladding...
