Bay Adelaide Centre West Tower (Brookfield, 50s, WZMH)

I don't know about best, and it's always hard to tell from just a floor, but if they stick with the same opaque, milky look the whole way up I think this tower could easily become a local favourite. The minimized spandrels and nearly seamless glass will give it a very clean look, and the design is very simple so it won't feel fussy (unlike RBC, which is starting to feel a little busy, to my eye anyway)

The curtain wall on this one is going to make RBC's look amateurish in my opinion.

RBC? Royal Bank Plaza is waaaay safe. The EDS building's worried though.

That is my favourite part of Bay...very New York feel to it.

The tower seems so huge now.a real office tower finally. I don't love the boxiness but perhaps it will seem beautiful and classy like Commerce Court does now.
