Regardless of anything else, this is going to be a really tall building with a really small footprint.
 
Hmm. 80% of that footprint is going to be driveways. It'll be like walking past a parking garage, nipping past ramps hoping that nobody comes shooting out of one at the wrong moment.

Maybe it's not so nice.

It would be interesting to see more floor plans: typical hotel suite floor, condo floor, penthouse floor. Are they available?

So both residents and hotel guests enter through the same lobby which I guess makes sense. I imagined they might have included a separate lobby entrance for residential guests as well.
 
The ground floor layout shows separate entrances to the Hotel lobby and Condominium lobby

I'm not on the ' hate the Trump building' bandwagon but this project seem so out of place with those other innovative projects.
