Yet another mini-skyline is growing on Toronto's landscape, and this one is coming up quite quickly as a pair of lead developers are remaking the former Bloor Collegiate and Kent Public School sites on the southwest corner of Bloor and Dufferin streets. In this December, 2023 drone image by UrbanToronto Forum contributor kotsy, The cranes for the site's new towers — mostly rental buildings from Fitzrovia and Hazelview (links below to their projects) — from this angle are beginning to crowd out the Downtown skyline in behind.
